Over the last 18 months Maztek’s tracks have become a staple in an ever-expanding diverse selection of DJ sets. Known for his skilfully crafted dancefloor orientated drum and bass. Mazteks productions wreak havoc not only across club land, but also across the charts every time they are released.
For his debut solo EP on Hardware, Maztek has dug deep and produced arguably his most devastating work to date. M-Theory is a full on tour de force. Loud and abrasive, but detailed and considered too. Showcasing the heavy dance floor style he is so well known for via the title track M Theory and Crank It Up, but also showcasing his diversity as an artist through the deeper, more stripped back ‘Slinky’, and the insanely funky and complex programming of iMaz. Delivering his productions with such finesse and soul, that is so often devoid from the neurofunk style.
